PetPals Direct Insurance Alert - Company Closed?

I got insurance when our dog was a puppy we had it 2 years, and decided to cancel it.

I cannot get through to them to cancel it, no number works, they are part of pet protect limited

I have cancelled the debit card used to pay, and sent a letter in writing to cancel the policy.

Did they Close down, no accounts are filed next return due feb 2013
Does any one have the same problem ?

I got a renewal letter up £34 from the previous year from £100 I've never claimed, our dog is in good health and we may take insurance if we feel her health deteriorates.

IF I have a problem I'll update this post later on.

Number on their site worked fine for me.

Pet Protect, the administrators of the policy's telephone number also works fine and the actual insurer QBE certainly havent gone anywhere.

Of cause if her health deteriorates it is then too late.
