The prize draw is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of the Promoter’s employees, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
No purchase is necessary. Entry to the draw is free. Entrants must have clicked “LIKE” on the K!rastase Facebook page to be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
Only one entry per person. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email or other accounts will not be accepted.
Entries will only be accepted via the official Facebook application page onhttps://www.facebook.com/Kerastaseuk?sk=app_403359706360567. All entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw.
Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
Entries must be received on or before 26/08/12. The prize draw will take place on 27/08/2012
3 completed entries drawn at random will each receive 12 Elixir Ultime Oils of consumer’s preferance.
The 3 winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the post being published

10. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
13. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
