Unless it has to be Chrome, you could try these which are based on Firefox
12.3R2 for Palemoon

If you get both it is unlikely both will have errors at the same time
If it has to be Chrome, you can see if their fix problems help

There are 3 versions for me too.
C:\Users\******\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\21.0.1180.75\PepperFlash\pepflashplayer.dll
C:\Users\******\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\21.0.1180.75\gcswf32.dll
C:\windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32_11_3_300_268.dll
The top one is the new, more secure, default for Chrome.
The second is the old Chrome version. Presumably they have left it there in case of problems with the new version. Having both enabled doesn't seem to be causing a problem so far.
The third is the Firefox plug-in. It should be disabled. Having it enabled will cause crashes as I discovered a while ago.0
