lost driving licence

Going to apply for a replacement driving licence..... if I do this in person at a DVLA office will they issue it to me there and then or post it to me when processed

    No it won't be issued there and then. It will be sent from Swansea sometime in the following 2-3 weeks.

    last time i replaced a licence I rang swansea up and paid using a debit card over the phone, took about 4 days for the licence to roll up.
