Dreams is a nightmare!

Four months ago, I bought a new house and then put in an order with dreams for new furniture: the first a bed, delivered and lovely; the second for two sets of drawers and a wardrobe...not so lovely! The drawers are fine but I have today received the forth damaged wardrobe and so the order is still incomplete.
Dreams took my money at point of order: £1148. This was part of a 3 for 2 deal with the cheapest piece of furniture 'free'. Customer service has been appalling, the damage is in the same place each time and the inconvenience of taking delivery and then storing damaged wardrobes has been ridiculous!
I have been told by Dreams off the record that I can cancel the whole order, which would mean the drawers (in use) would go back and I'd be back to square one. Not an option I favour. What rights do I have to keep the drawers and demand some form of compensation for not getting the wardrobe? I cannot wait another month for yet another wardrobe to be delivered damaged.
Please help!

So on the 3 for 2 deal presumably you would have paid for the wardrobe and one draws and got the second draws free?
UK law requires indemnity so if you want to argue breach of contract they would only be required to put you back into the same financial position that you would have been in had the breach not occurred. On the basis you have "only" had inconvenience and no actual financial losses you are at best going to get a relatively token settlement for inconvenience.
At the same time, if you returned the wardrobe not to be replaced then the free draws would no longer qualify and so your refund would be the wardrobe price minus the draws price plus possibly £50 gesture of goodwill for inconvenience
Alternatively return the lot, get a full refund plus possibly the token goodwill for inconvenience.0
