Has anyone used "Telephones Online" to purchase a phone? Need one for my home office, been looking at BT PARAGON 650, Telephones Online are selling this for less than half price compared other retailers also considering Panasonic KX-TG6461ET

Probably because of the poor track record and construction of the model, which is pretty poor. With Panasonic, you get a well known brand with a greaT track record.0

I bought from them 3 or 4 times a few years ago. One set of DECT phones had a fault on arrival and they arranged collection and replacement inside 3 days.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
