Probably just confused it with someone else's delivery.

Could you reply to it saying politely that as postage was supposed to be in two business days and she recieved it in the second business day then you would consider that five star service and speed.

I got someone who gave me three out of:eek: five as "the book was used!"

It was sold under "used section " in Amazon and clearly described!!!

  • i've received a "excessive postage" within a positive feedback comment on eBay, charged 25p, stuck on a 23p 2nd class stamp, and an envelope roughly costs 1p

Last Wednesday I ordered an sd card from Amazon Mplace, it was very cheap so I went with the £4.50 delivery charge, I understand that Amazon set this for sellers. Well it hasn't arrived yet! I have just looked at the amazon email and it has a 14 day delivery window:mad: , my daughter is going ape, she HAS to have it , like, yesterday! I think £4.50 is steep if it's not going to arrive within 3 days, I have never had anything take so long from Amazon or Mplace, do I chase it up with Amazon or the seller?

Chase up the seller and if no joy ask them to cancel your order, 14 days is way too long.

something seems a bit dodgy now with the seller!
I chose them because they are only a few miles from me, and they had good f/b. Now I can't get hold of them on the phone and they haven't answered my emails through amazon, their "live help" on their own website is not available, it's a good job it's under £10. the seller is online memory.
I dont know whether to just cancel and order from elsewhere, anyone know where I can get a san disk micro sd 512 mb card from, for under £10 inc. P&P?
if the other one turns up I can always sell it on.
