I was wondering if anyone knew of any free downloadable software so I can make my own karaoke cdg or dvd from my favourite tracks?

If you happen to have a version of Nero Burning ROM with the Nero wav editor there is a karaoke filter which removes the voice from a track.0

Have a look in your start/programs lists for Nero and see if wav editor is listed under it. Open it - import a wav file and go to tools/ karaoke filter - It works reasonably well when i have tried it.0
