Aviva car insurance admin fees for changing details

Does anyone know what, if any, admin fees are charged for changing details by phone on an Aviva car insurance policy?

I've searched their site, and my policy documents, and they make no mention of it at all

Do it online it's free, if the website doesnt let you it gives you a code wiping the fee when you call up.

Thanks for both of your replies, all sorted now, hasn't increased my premium and they didn't charge me an admin fee as it was a change I couldn't make online :)
  • I had to do the same but with a different company (Mymotorquote). I told them that I am not keen to pay £25 as changing your address is a free service. The lady, who was stroppy, told me that I dont have to pay but they wont change my details and that I would be providing fraudulent information!!! So I felt I did not have any choice. I felt blackmailed

Its a condition you agreed to and is one of the reasons why their premiums were lower than companies that dont charge for mid term adjustments

What makes you think it is a free service?

If you dont like admin fees then why did you buy a policy that has admin fees? You could have chosen a more expensive policy that doesnt have admin fees but makes everyone pay via the higher premium.
