Same here.. phoned the Glasgow number in the evening.
They switched me over to Direct Debit and have issued a stop noticed to HMRC, and in turn to employer. Payments now stopped through employer.
My 2011-2012 balance hasn't been updated, though this is usually updated during September when they issue statements. I have sent them a copy of my P60 as proof and they have added this to the system - but still not showing online. They confirm it will be updated in September to me.
