I only want hot water yet the CH comes on!

Hi All,
I have a Potterton Suprima boiler and the control panel (model EP2002) is directly below it. With it being August, I don't need the CH on so I just set the HW switch on for hot water. Recently, I've noticed that the radiators are coming on, too, which never happened before.
The previous owners of this property did not leave any instruction manual so could anyone out there advise me as to what the problem may be?

When I had this it was due to a valve being stuck open.Stompa0

This is fairly common - usually a stuck valve.
