Conservatory...how much?

Looking at one 3mt x 2.5mt. Nothing fancy just a lean-to type.
What should I expect to be paying?

add on erecting charge and the base charge.
say 4 to 5k total.

I was told it is better (and usually cheaper) to get a local builder to do the work rather than a window company. Any recommendations?

ask around your area/family/friends for a local builder.
dont use a national window company. they will fleece you.

We had one built on dwarf walls at the rear of the house 2 yrs ago. 3m x 3m (and I really wouldn't go any smaller if you want to get 4 chairs in with reasonable comfort) £5000. Included plugs, lights etc but only a concrete floor. I tiled it myself

if you are not a great diy expert you could always project manage the job and employ local builders and fitters
