Hopefully you will get someone half decent who will see the case details and close it in your favour. But you may have to ring a couple of times.

Go into Ebay and hit the Customer Support tab on the top right.
Click Customer Support, contact Ebay (the tab behind the main tab) and then hit My Account, Account Safety, it should give you a number there.0 -
eBay not much help, they say the resolution period must run to 15 August before they can escalate it. they will not even contact the buyer to say there is no block.Change is here to stay0
