Urgent help needed. JSA not paid

hi.
I wonder if you can help me. this morning I had a look a my bank account when I saw that my JSA was not paid into my bank account. I have phone then to ask what's going on . but they tell me I will get a call back this afternoon and I'm wondering if this is just an excuse?. should I phone them again or wait for this ''phone call'' back
please help. thanks :)

    I am also waiting for a call back. I'm going to wait until about 3.45pm. If I've not heard from them by then I am going to call them.

    I'm still waiting for this ''phone call'' I'm going to give then till 2:15pm today and if I don't hear anything from them I will be phoning them back.

    Benefits agency are supposed to return calls within 3 hrs., currently the staffing levels are so low, peak holiday periods so they basically cannot cope at the minute, calls are now to re returned in the same day if you call before 12.00, if you call after that time you will not be responded to until the next day.
    And we face more job cuts and closures!
