NTBY - Wow, what a thing to do :( That is really bad.

My mealplan for the week is as follows:

    Fri - Pasta Bolognese
    Sat - Risotto
Sun - Freezer roulette (moussaka and toad in the hole left)
Mon - Open BBQ Chicken/Bacon sandwiches with salad
    Tues - Fajitas
    Weds - TBC
Thurs - Black Bean Chicken & Noodles

I'll be making some cakes at the weekend for a future BBQ (hoping I can freeze carrot cake minus topping!) and will be doing some batch prep work for later meals on Saturday. Shopping list is minimal - just as well as I've overspent already so far this month!

Have a lovely evening/week, everyone. NTBY hope something good happens for you soon (hugs)

    K xx

Thanks for your thoughts, everyone. Was also shocked that they took the effort to carry out the fridge when they missed other things, like a laptop under the bed and jewelry etc.

Hotcookie -could you share your sticky ginger pork recipe? sounds scrummy!

    Hi everyone :)

I'm really trying to stick to me £25 a week budget(for 2 people), finding it hard even though it shouldn't be! :)

Monday - Chicken with tomato, cream cheese and spinach sauce, Oven Chips, Corn on the cob

Tuesday - Lasagne, Salad, Corn on the cob

    Wednesday - Not sure

    Thursday - Not sure

Friday - At a family party, so will be fed there :)

Saturday - Frozen Pizza, Salad - spending all day preparing buffet food

Sunday - Cheesey Pitta Breads/Beans on Toast or buffet leftovers - Family buffet at 2pm, so we won't want much tea if any.

I get paid on Thursday but trying to put off going food shopping til Monday.

    Breakfasts - Bananas, Yoghurt, Cereal

Lunches for OH - Pitta breads or wraps with egg and cress/chicken and sweetcorn/cheese(he'll put the cheese ones in the microwave at work)
