How much sun protection do I need to apply?
For adults, the European Guideline is at least 6 - 7 teaspoons (30 - 35ml) of sun cream to be applied just before sun exposure.

School-aged children: 5 teaspoons (25mls)

Pre-school children: 4 teaspoons (20mls)

Note: reducing the quantity will lower the level of protection significantly.

Keep yourself and your children well covered, including a hat, t-shirt & sunglasses.

Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight.

ETA- And while I'm pondering the mysteries of the internet, does anyone else find they have to re-enter the post code on this form? It first happened on their previous comp, no matter whether I checked the field was filled before hitting enter, it always asked me to go back & re-enter it. Am I alone?
