call credit statutory report question

in Credit cards
Hi
Just wondered if this has happened to anyone else..
I just tried to order an online statutory credit report through call credit, however it said it was unable to proceed with my request online due to the details I had provided (everything was up to date and correct) and that I would have to print out the form and send it by post.
This happened when we tried to get my partners too, and I reckon its because we've moved and for whatever reason our address isn't bringing our details up. I have also sent off for the equifax and experian reports too, so hopefully they will have our correct addresses. We have amended them with the electoral roll, banks, bills etc.
Anyway, when I checked my online banking, I could see the £12 fees for them all was still pending to come off my credit card, (£2 twice for equifax, £2 twice for experian, and £2 twice for call credit). Will the £2 (x2) for call credit just drop off? Or will they take the £2 despite us not actually getting anything?
Thanks

For callcredit you should be using noddle and not wasting money. If you moved in the last 2 months the address may not have updated yet as it depends on you notifying the banks and the banks then sending them the new address.0

We moved in March, and updated everything pretty much straight away. We were on the electoral roll here from 1st June because they take a bit longer to update. That's why I left it until now to apply for them just to make sure everything was alright.''Before you diagnose yourself with depression or low self-esteem, first make sure that you are not, in fact, just surrounded by a$$holes.'' :whistle:0

Just tried noddle, and same thing happened, couldn't verify details.''Before you diagnose yourself with depression or low self-esteem, first make sure that you are not, in fact, just surrounded by a$$holes.'' :whistle:0

Both the experian and equifax credit reports arrived without any issues, both had all information correct.
Anyone have any ideas why call credit/noddle wouldn't be able to find us?

Ask them. Offer to send in your Experian report as proof.0
