The level of ignorance displayed in this message is quite simply breathtaking2 weeks later, isn't chemist direct fault.
I order stuff from them every few weeks using standard delivery and i get it within 3 days of ordering im in scotland.
I think you should be blaming royal mail, why should a company pay for rm messing up.

Not really, if they had to include a list of all laws that were not applicable it would be quite a long list!
I would have to say though, I agree with the others, I don't see why they would be exempt from DSRs so I would push back (or just use them).
How much were they? If cheap then probably not worth the aggro.Thinking critically since 1996....0
