Hi Folks
I am thinking of going on holiday to India in September/October this year to visit my family, for a period of about 4 to 6 weeks.
Can you tell me how best to go about searching for the cheapest flight? Which websites would you recommend? Is it 'safer' to book it through a travel agent, or would I be ok booking it through a website? I won't have any accommodation to worry about, since I will be staying with my family.
Thanks in advance for your responses.

https://www.skyscanner.net, https://www.cheapoair.com or https://www.lowcostholidays.com are who I normally use. Where are you going and on what dates?
Travel agent or direct, to me doesn't matter, as long as they are ATOL/ABTA where appropriate.
VISAs are essential, http://in.vfsglobal.co.uk/0 -
Sometimes the best prices are with the airlines direct. And then you only have to deal with them and not a middle man.
Have a look on websites like expedia, kayak etc to find flights. Then once you get the one you want book direct. Unless you see a good offer elsewhere then go for that.0 -
If you need a visa apply NOW.0
