Aqua Card

Hi,

I was recently accepted for the Aqua Credit Card - recieved and sent back the CA.

I recieved my PIN on Saturday and the letter states my card will follow in the next few days.

Still havent recieved it - does anyone know if this is normal? Should I wait a couple more days before ringing?

Perfectly normal, there's only been three working days since then so far; if it hasn't turned up by Saturday it may be worth calling to see if they can tell you when it was dispatched.

Halifax were able to tell me the dates my PIN & card were posted, but I've never had to ask another card co, they're very slow in my experience - I know Aqua used to be issued by HBOS, so this may explain the delay (or it might not, I don't know if they still issue the cards!)

They do issue the cards, they're very slow to do so, although it will arrive eventually

i still haven't received mine either , but they sent me a SMS on monday saying it has been dispatched. So god only knows :A
