A crush on the bossman?

I have a very harmless crush on my boss. Not my immediate line manager but the guy a couple of pay grades above her.

Its fine, im not acting on it. Its more funny than frustrating.

But why now? I have worked with him, well in the same room as him, for months now!

Also when will it stop? Hormones at work and going bright red when he looks at me, aren't all that fun!

    It'll pass. Enjoy the thrill it adds to your day and think if it's telling you something about what you want out of life right now, or what you want to be (often, the people I've had crushes on are people I've wanted to be like rather than be with, iyswim).

    Just don't act on it! Far too much potential for awkward disaster!

    I get teased by my colleagues for having a thing about one of the blokes at work, but I honestly only really think he has nice eyes and forearms, apart from that he's a bit of a prat! I'm sure something will put you off fairly soon. Not sure how old you are but I blame it on a last flourish of hormones before I hit the menopause. :rotfl:
