i bought a pushchair last november and the last couple of months its been sent back twice with the same problem so ive had no pushchair for my two year old the first time and the second time they gave me a loan buggy which id be embarressed to put out for the binmen so i wouldnt use it as i didnt think it was safe and it was filthy anyway my pushchair came back today and as i didnt have the receipt n me i couldnt collect it but did go to check it had been fixed correctly dont think it is properly but the problem is the inside part of the hood has huge black marks all over it which wouldnt wipe off can anybody advise on what i should say tomorrow when i go collect my pushchair please

    hard to read but anyway...

    if, when you go to collect it it has been damaged - black marks? tell them it wasn't in that state when you left it and request it is restored to a clean, usable condition.
