Windscreen ??????

WHEN SEARCHING FOR CAR INSURANCE, WHEN IT SAYS ANY ACCIDENTS TO DECLARE, DOES HAVING YOUR WINDSCREEN REPLACED COUNT AS AN ACCIDENT??? :think:

    No it not an accident but it is a claim so you do have to declare it with most insurers. I forgot about a window claim when renewing last year, added it with 24 hours and there was a charge of £20 for altering the policy details.

    And turn the 'caps lock' off.'

    Yes.
    Some insurance companies class it as a claim.
    So do mention it.
    They will either say that does or does not count,
    but at least you told them, so they wont cancel
    your policy for non-disclosure.

    What the people above mean by not shouting and turning caps lock off is typing in caps alone is classed as shouting, they should have explained.
    Google gives you answers use it.........

    No. However the sites ask about claims. You DO have to declare windscreen replacements and there is usually an entry in the drop down menu which says "Windscreen"
