Is Shamballa a trade mark and will anything listed as Shamballa get pulled by ebay- also what about ebid?

As usual there is a lot of Shamballa listed on ebay and even the deal of the day a week or two ago was a Shamballa 'style' bracelet and that was promoted by ebay- but we all know how fickle ebay is and I think the seller has been very sensible in checking.
I think I would also be inclined to give ebid a miss then (that's leaving out my own personal feelings about the futility of listing on there at all)
