Thanks for this. I went to the coop for get it. The lady was a bit unsure how to do it. However, we talked through it was it was done no problem. I do have to agree though the shops are unsure about these codes on vouchers. Although if they just follow the help instruction on that tab it does it.

I've a similar problem where co-op staff didn't know how to process this purchase. Unfortunatley my phone stopped connecting to the internet since last night. I can get the barcode up but not the help instructions for the vendor to follow. I tried searching online but couldn't find any.

Would anybody be king enough to print the instructions here? Thank you in advance.

I got the free poweder, I was in co-op about 15 minutes though, they had never heard of it, I let them read the how to part and in the end there were 2 staff members and the manager trying to get it to work. It did eventually work but I think all shops with paypoint need some info about this kind of thing so they know what they are doing in future.

I tried to pick up my free box at lunchtime today at a large-ish CO-OP - cashier had never heard of the system and when my user ID was scanned it just said 'not recognisable'. She tried it a few times but it didn't work and with a large queue of tutting people behind me I had to give up. I've sent an email to shopscansave but that's not much use when you're in the store. Not impressive tbh.

That happened to me the first time the lady scanned it. It was because she had not gone through the options on the machine.

Picked mine up from Budgens, guy at counter said he'd had someone else in earlier for the same thing!

3. Offer Redemtion
4. Scan customers barcode id
5. Scan barcode on the offer product(s)
6. enter
7. confirm redemption.

A coupon will print automatically with the value of the discount which you provide via your till.
