Hi,
I just got the monthly email and I decided to apply for the 5.9% life of the balance transfers.
I hope I have made the right choice.
At the moment I have 2 cards that are both 19% and can only pay the minimum and I am sick of just paying interest!!
My application was agreed, however I have not received an acceptance email….should I have had one?
Regards,
Alan

I applied for this last week. It took a little while for the acceptance email to come through but the card turned up on Monday and the balance transfer went through within a day of processing it. Seems very good service so far. There are times when parenthood seems nothing but feeding the mouth that bites you Peter De VriesDebt free by 40 (27/11/2016)0

Nice one, thanks for the reply.
On application it asked if I wanted to transfer there and then, I chose no but I want to do this as soon as the card turns up, thats not an issue is it?
Cheers,

I've just received the card but didn't enter the transfer details as I didn't know what, if any, credit limit I'd get.
As it happens I was successful and it was more than enough for my purposes.
I activated the card when I got home tonight and processed the transfer. Because it was after 4pm it won't appear until tomorrow, but you can certainly transfer any time up to 60 days after your account is opened (which includes the time the card is in transit).
Be careful to pick the promotional balance transfer as opposed to the standard one when you come to do it (it will be obvious when you get there!).0
