Cashing in shares

My son bought 100 Eurotunnel shares in 1996 and now needs to cash them in, but because of the continual changing of company ownership he's unable to get any help.
He's gone from Lloyds Sharedeal Direct to Eurotunnel and Computershare and is just being bandied about. Can anyone help please?

100 Eurotunnel shares purchased in 1996 would now be worth around 11 Euro.
It would cost him more to sell.
The original Eurotunnel shares were swapped 1 for 1 for Groupe Eurotunnel shares as part of a debt reconstruction.
GET SA shares were subject to a 40 to 1 consolidation in 2007.

His 100 shares would have become 2 shares worth around 5.70 Euro each
