moneysupermarket cashback for energy switches?

Are moneysupermarket still giving cashback for switching energy through them? It's still mentioned on moneysavingexpert but when I go to moneysupermarket, I can't see any mention of it. (only a £40 cashback for Scottish power dual fuel.)

    Use The Link.

HUGE £70 cashback on 'no price hike' energy deal Scottish Power's Online Energy Fixed November 2013

Switch to Scottish Power after doing a comparison on MoneySupermarket* by 11.59pm on Sunday 12 August and you can get £40 dual fuel cashback (£20 for single fuel). Plus you'll get the usual £30 cashback via the MSE link (£17.50 for single fuel. Both will be paid after about six to 12 weeks after your supply's gone live.

The cheapest Scottish Power tariff available is its Online Energy Fixed November 2013.

How good is it? Scottish Power's just launched the new overall cheapest tariff, Online Energy Fixed November 2013. It also guarantees no price rises before Nov 2013, and there are no exit fees - so if other prices drop, you can just leave.

Would I be able to use moneysupermarket to switch from one Scottish Power Tariff(OES14) to another Scottish Power Tariff (Online Energy Fixed November 2013) and get the £70 cashback?

That would be like Scottish Angus paying Fast Charlie for the privilege of sleeping with his own wife Morag. Scottish Power has you as a customer already, why would they pay anybody to blackjack you again?

You start the switch, and then Scottish Power customer retention may call up with some kind of deal.
It's silly for Scottish Power to pay Moneysupermarket £100, so you get £70, when they can deal direct.
