Credit Rating following TUPE

Hi
The company I work for has gone into administration. A new company has been set up and TUPE rights have been transferred.
I have a company car with the old company and have to give it back to the lease company. Under the new company I will be entitled to a company car allowance, paid monthly.
I am intending to get a brand new car on finance. My question is whether when I apply for finance, will the fact that the old company has gone into adminstration count against me and show up on my credit rating? I am really worried about being turned down when up until now, I have had an excellent credit rating.
any advice gratefully received!

Should be OK on the credit sideshould not show anything.
Beware getting a car on finance using the allowance.
Job loss you can't just give it back this time.0 -
