If it looks OK and smells OK, then it's likely to be OK.

Yes if it's just one day and smells fine. But I would make sure it was cooked through VERY thoroughly.0

If it has been stored in a properly cold fridge, I'd add my vote for cooking it (well) if it smells OK.0
