Any Advise please on Dla appeal..

Could any one please give me any ideas on how long it takes to receive another date for dla appeal after first one adjourned. it has been four weeks now since the first one and it was adjourned on the day for more information from dwp regarding them giving no grounds for the superseded decision they made. the information has been sent to the tribunal from dwp weeks ago but I have not received anything, any help and advice would be appreciated as I have no idea what happens now. thank you....

depends how quickly the info is sorted and how busy they are,have you asked them?

had mine adjourned 12th may 2012 , new date 17th september, since then have had the original doctors assessment typed ( got yesterday its hilarious e.g has dump on left side , should read limp i think !) also have had all my medical notes sent through up till mid may 2012, but they also sent me for new medical as the original ( the one that was retyped was a shambles) , the doc came last week , when I phoned DWP Wednesday 8/8/12 they said it hadnt come through to them , so I am unsure if the tribunal is booked on the original assessment , will have to wait till monday now to find out , why do all these letters come at the weekend ?

Its so stressful and long winded, I have not heard anything since my letter from the courts to say about the adjournment, They wanted grounds for a superssesion on the award that was made by the dm. I have phoned DLA and they told me a further submission had been sent to the courts a week after the appeal, so I am just waiting for another date really. Its all the waiting and not knowing what's going on that is so annoying I just want to get it sorted. The court did explain to me that it was an error of law as the decision was superseded without any grounds, and they just wanted the grounds that had been used to supersede the award. I think they must be very busy as I have not had a further date for another appeal yet.. Can you ring up the courts and ask questions??
