yes they've clearly b+llsed up. they are planning on putting a voucher online but you have to be able to print it off.

I also had these out off stock vouchers well i went in to costcutters near me the manager took them as even thou theve got a out off date on the front on the bck off the voucher theres another date where this allows the shop owner to send them by which i think is in september so try it it worked for me

I had that email as well , but luckily I received my vouchers on 30th July and I received 3 but I feel really bad for the people that got thewir vouchers late

ive just had an email saying my buzz was accepted and got 3 points lmao...as you can see a couple of posts above yours that it was a buzz complaining but it was accepted and not rejected so im pleased about that at least...also had another email with a link to go and print off a voucher but the voucher was for 40p not the 2x£2.58 that was expired and i cant print off at mo anyway as printer is packed away somewhere ready for moving...
