I e-mailed Bzz yesterday and received this reply:
Hi,
We apologize for the inconvenience. There will be 1 online coupon on the campaign homepage soon that’s the same value as the 2 expired coupons in the kit. The coupon will be available to download for 1 week, and will expire on 8/31. The kits arrived a little late because of the postal strike and we are sorry. If you have any questions please email us.
Thanks,
BzzAgent Sara

I also let Danone know with this e-mail:
am a Bzz agent and my recent campaign was for Danone Activia yoghurts; I was looking forward to doing the 14 day trial and bzzing my friends but
unfortunately my vouchers (2X£2.58) arrived today with an expiry date of 31st July so I am unable to use them. The various 50p vouchers are valid until September, which is great, but no free yoghurts for me to try so that I can give my opinion on them.
I have e-mailed Bzz to tell them about this, but a forum which I read has indicated in the past that I am unlikely to receive a reply, little own replacement vouchers. I just thought that I should let you know directly what has happened, in case you wonder why there has been less feedback for your campaign then you expected.
I received this reply:
Thank you for advising us of this and we are sorry that you did not receive the vouchers as soon as expected. We are looking into this and someone will contact you again shortly.

I emailed them yesterday and was told to download vouchers from the site. I don't have a printer so have asked them to post more out. Will let you know what they say. Think it's ridiculous to send out such short-dated vouchers.0

Hiya No one else seems to have had the opportunity to respond yet, so I thought I would!
In the case of my bzz they seemed to take a couple of days to respond to my report, and then they send an email letting you know how many points your bzz got and usually with a comment to prove they've read it, like "isn't it annoying when your mum phone whilst you're in the bath" or summat.
Hope this helps,

i finally received my activia campaign today and yes the vouchers were out of date...have emailed them about this...i wont be able to print the voucher off either as i am due to move in the next couple of weeks and everything is packed and i wouldnt be able to find my printer now if my life depended on it lol...have emailed them and asked them to send me out some new vouchers...
i dont know how they can blame it on postal strike as most other companies are sending things out earlier to allow for the ongoing strikes, plus 2nd class post can take up to 7 days to arrive normally but they only allowed 5 ridiculous days, why they dont send out the campaigns by 1st class and as soon as people are accepted for it is beyond me, at least we would get them in time then...0 -
i havent had a reply, and i cant find the voucher on the home page either. is it even on there yet??0
