Thankyou for your reply. Not sure it will need descaling after 3 weeks use though. If so it would cost a fortune in descaler. Water comes out on cold so seems to be a technical problem. I will take a look at the website - thankyou

Thankyou Violetta - I thought that it's still under warranty so Krups should deal with it. At least I think it's Krups. It says in the booklet that came with it contact helpline at Nescafe Dolce Gusto but depends on who you get answering. The woman I got wasn't knowledgeable or helpful. I don't remember any warranty leaflet coming with it. Having said that my memory is terrible lately so I could have sent one off. I remember registering the machine on the Nescafe Dolce Gusto website but don't think that's the same thing. I was very disappointed with Bzz agents response to me though. They didn't even suggest what I could do, just said sorry, can't get you another one and better luck next time.

I've been a member of Bzz for aggges now and never heard anything! Did all the survey's on sign up, I log in quite alot and never have any surveys or anything to do. I read this thread and there's things I've said I enjoy in the surveys that people get asked to sample and I never hear anything! Gonna give up hope soon.
