Has anyone who has received this machine from Bzz agent had any problems with theirs. I submitted some positive buzzes and went out and bought 5 boxes of capsules. was quite excited about it and after 3 weeks it is not working. After ringing the helpline at Nescafe Dolce Gusto they had not had the problem and suggested I contact Bzz agent. I did this and they said they were not responsible for getting me a replacement (I didn't actually ask them to but was quite upset that this machine although didn't cost me anything is worth £90 but it is broke and noone can help me)
If anyone else has had problems and solves it I would really appreciate it if you could let me know. It is just the hot water setting - no water coming out but if I put it on the cold it does. I followed all the instructions and cleaned the capsule holder.

Try contacting the manufacturers of the machine, as free or not, it should have a twelve month warranty from the manufacturer like most electrical appliances. It should give you information about who to contact if there are problems in the little leaflet that came with the machine (or on the box).
I won a JVC TV from a Sainsbury's comp a few years ago, which went wrong within the first year. JVC directed me to their authorised repairers in my area and we took it in to be repaired under warranty.

How are people getting trials? (or whatever they call them on there lol) I've been on there a while, filled all the surverys in, and got nothing at all. I was on there when everyone else got the razors and I didnt get it
Have I missed something? I've got a participation score of 12 (from the surveys..theres nothing else for me to do) I've gone through the agent training but that doesnt seem to actually change anything anyway... Is there something I'm not seeing?May Grocery Challenge -£216/4000 -
