single storey extension

Options
Does anyone have an approximate cost of a single storey extesion on the back of a terraced house? I am in the North West and it would be around 9foot by 15foot? Id like it to a fairly good standard etc with two large windows for light. No doors in it.

Anyone any good on an approximate figure we'd be looking at?

Thanks

The usual guide is £1000 per m2, so in your case about £12,000. Cheaper in Blackpool than Stockport probably ;)

Thanks Bob, did I ever tell you I had a complete change around. Even though both OH and I are still working in Stockport we have decided to move closer to family who can help us out. In fact move in with my mum on thursday(If I stop posting you know where to look for me, under the patio!). Unfortuanlty the bad luck is still following us around. We still havent got a property dispite considering all sorts!!!

I think I must have seen a post to that effect. So you're "up there" with your mum until you find something there? Are you extending mum's place?
