I work for a lease firm. We get car allowance with no option for a company car. Make your own conclusions!

Years ago leasing firms made its money on the residual value of 3 year old cars which kept monthly cost low and attractive for customer. Now residuals are bad lessors are making money on hand back condition penalties.

Anyway Leasing is not mad, Doesnt suit everyone, I wouldnt dream of doing it.
But be aware, What if you lose your job or have reduced income for some reason. Have that around your necks for possibly years maybe a nightmare.

Any damage will need to be fixed, And done properly to manufacturers standards. Been a few posts where they have picked up repairs and said they are substandard. When the car was returned.
