Gas meter not working

Hi,

I recently moved into a new flat away from an all electric economy 7 meter with my girlfriend (moved in together finally :j ) and I decided I also want to measure our energy consumption on http://imeasure.org.uk/ where you enter your weekly meter readings for your household to keep track of things but my gas readings seem to be very low even though our hot water is via a new gas boiler and we cook with gas 5 times a week.

I have used on average 4kWh of gas per peek which seem very low... or is this normal?

Electricity is 40kWh per week which I think is normal but then again I am not sure either...

Are you sure that it is 4kWh of gas and not 4 units?

One unit of gas can be approx 11 kWh or 33 kWh depending whether it is a metric or imperial unit.

doh of course is cubic meter not kwh

So you are using 44kwH per week. Gas meters measure by volume, not energy.
