having big problems with TSB supplying me with my free nus code for the third year running, can someone tell me how i get this code the branch says nothing to do with them, head office say go to the branch so who acutally does know, they said i cant put a complaint in, my old card has now expired so i need this card renewing
have to say I have never met such an incompetent bunch in my whole life no one seems to know the products they actually promote or take ownership and sort anything out.
any help from anyone who has resolved this would be appreciated thanks peeps
