Cracks in reconditioned fridge - affect performance

Hi I brought an reconditioned intergrated larder fridge from ebay £50 instead of £750 aware there was cosmetic damage and 'minor damage' to the inside - arrived with scrach on door and what looked like scratches where the shelves had been put in - no problem. After a day and night of being installed these internat scratches are obviously crackas as they have turned rust coloured and there is lots of condensation in the fridge. Th
e listing spesifically says - DO NOT affect performance, fitting or warranty.''
My common sense says that thease cracks must affect performance and that they are very unhygenic. The seller is saying that I saw pictures. The pictures are very unclear and look like scratches - How do I pursue this ???

Were you advised of the exact nature of the refurb and exactly what cosmetic damage there was?!0 -
Sorted thanks - cracks were in the skin they have agreed to an exchange - was ok with cosmetic problems but thease would have affected the performance significantly0
