i normally gat paid child tax credits on a monday but when i banked with natwest it was always cleared and in my account by 2 am saturday morning ive recently just changed accounts to yorkshire bank and im just wondering does that bank do the same otherwise im screwed with all my bill payments and i know when i was with lloyds it used to clear sunday dinner time

Hi there.
I changed from the Natwest to Yorkshire too and my child benefit is due on a Monday. I always receive it in my bank account on the Saturday morning just as I would have done with the Natwest.

Keep in mind that as the payment is not due until Monday, you have no recourse if ever it does not appear until then. You need to change your billing dates to make sure this does not happen.

Did your money go in OK over the weekend
