need some advice
 Bought a new (to me) car back in November from a main dealer. Had nothing but trouble with it ever since, and has being into the garage twice since I bought it.
1st time was 30minutes after driving it away - a light came on on dashboard and was a faulty emissions sensor.
2nd time was - was driving to tescos, and noticed no heat coming through blowers, drove home and started overheating. Checked water level and was empty. Had to have it towed into the garage and they had a look at it - was a cracked water pump.
That was a month ago, checked my water level a few days ago and had gone down quite a lot, phoned the garage and was told to top it up and see how it went. Put some more water in, checked this morning and it was totally empty. Couldnt see any leaks.
Phoned them and told them I need a courtesy car - they dont have one till next wednesday yet I need a car for work, and by experience I know how long they usually take and if they say 2 days they usually mean 2 weeks!
I have a 12 month warranty on the car and it says in there that I can have a courtesy car, so asked them why they cant pay for me a car from a hire car agency (nextdoor!)
They werent having any of it and absolutely useless as always.
Phoned another close by dealership and they have a courtesy car available and can fit me in tomorrow, but for a courtesy car I need to arrange my own insurance which is going to cost me £20 to swap over for a few days. Should I have to pay this, with the car being under warranty?
Id say that obviously theyve missed something last time or not done the job properly for the exact same problem to happen.
Anyone any advice as what to do?

See a good lawyer, and get yourself a good bicycle
Ive being the complaining im taking it further way before when they gave me a 3 month warranty yet had a great big sign outside stating 12 months with all cars!
Should I have to pay this money though, surely it is there fault and if not then the warranty is there so I dont have to pay for any kind of repairs etc, which should include providiing me with adequate transport during repair periods?0 -
