I am in the process of applying for a dro, i have the letter to pay the fee which i will be paying next week.
However i have recieved a ccj which have only recieved the letter this morning and they are expecting me to pay £125 by monday, which needs 4 working days to clear so i would need to pay it today! I have no way whatsoever of paying it.
I know i shouldnt of ignored it the first time but now i dont know what to do, looking on the internet i see i can apply to have it reduced but that would mean a court appearance which is impossible because its in northampton.
I dont know what to do please help. The original debt was £500 for next directory which is included in the dro. The debt is now with the lewis group according to the court papers but i've not once heard from them!
Thanks in advance for any advice

The whole amount now needs to be scheduled in the DRO, including court fees and solicitor costs.
If Lewis Group own the debt (as evidenced by the court claim) then they should be listed as the creditor, not Next.
Do not make a payment to this debt as you will be giving them preference, but get a move on with applying for your DRO.0
