Ignore newlyn completely, out of interest do they state 'as a company of bailiffs ' on their letter ?Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

Didn't Newlyn tell the DVLA that the letters referring to bailiffs was old stock and would not be used in the future?0 -
As a 3rd party agent, Newlyn's would be in trouble if they brought a court claim on behalf of someone else.Je Suis Cecil.0

Update well received another letter from Newlyns saying as I havent paid the will return the outstanding amount back to NCP to pursue court action etc etc and this is my final chance to pay... now getting the jist that last but one letter said if I dont pay within 14 days they will seek court action now the 14 days been and gone no court action but are going back to "their client" advising them to take court action. But err the previous letter said they would take court action so why say they will advise their client to take court action.... yes ignoring seems idle threats and contradictions0
