Dwp/ESA where to complain?

No she wasn't told nothing about getting new sick notes, she didn't know anything about them til yesterday.
Her mp has given her an emergency number for social services she will ring them once someone from DWP has contacted her today.
I think there is a clear lack of communication from DWP and I don't just mean on my friends ESA, in general.
Thanks for the info I'll pass it on.0 -
I agree with you that they can be numpties at communication, you either get no communication or the same letter out about 5 times.
I really think the Welfare rights officer is the way to go and start getting sick notes in place. A wee bit of advice is also to keep a photocopy of them in case they go missing in the post.4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
Amazingly, I discovered that the DWP are meant to reply to any letters within 10 working days! It's their own Service Standards. I complained to the District Manager and then the Chief Exec of JobCentre Plus and was given a Special Payment of £50 due to their maladministration. Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.0
