Possible IVA option ?
Hello there, 3 months ago i taken out debt man plan for £17,000 at £125.00 monthly. £35 goes to debt man and £90 goes to my creditors
Today i received a phone call from my Debt man company asking if id consider IVA giving me positives.
I have a mortgage where tennants live there and i cannot lose this house. I dont think there is equity in there as i taken out an £83,500 mortgage and i have £78,000 left to pay.
Whats the risk in IVA as they say its better cause 5 year credit report gets re-set etc etc and at the minute my debt man plan will take about 15 years.
Anybody think IVA is a good option
thanks
