Affect of child coming home from Uni

I tried to edit my title to Effect and couldn't work out how to do it!
My daughter graduated last month and was due to go out to Spain this Friday to work. The job has fallen through, and I am in the middle of trying to find out what this means for my already tight budget. I receive income support, carers allowance for my youngest, council tax benefit ( I have already had a new bill to include her as I was paying no council tax previously) and child tax credit. Sheis going to sign on initially but is desperate to find a job whilst she decides whether to further her training to become an interpreter or maye go into teacher training.
I am hoping to go back to my previous job as a Health Visitor early next year ( I am doing a backto practice course, my assignments are due in in October and it can take up to 12 weeks to get them marked and then hopefully I will find a job. I have added this as I don't want people to have a go about me not working at the moment!)
I have looked at the various govt websites but can't seem to work out whether the council tax will be reduced at all whilst she is on JSA- they are asking for £47 a month at the moment, but don't know she is not working.)
Will I get less CTC, will my IS be affected, it already is reduced to accommodate my CA.
I am not complaining by the way, I just need to be able to budget so I know we are going to be ok.

CTC will remain unchanged.0

Your I.S and C.A will not be effected.
If you were receiving CHB and CTC for your eldest, it will cease,
if not receiving it then your CTC and CHB for the youngest will remain the same
as for your housing benefit
No deductions are made if the non-dependant is:- Receiving Pension Credit
- Aged under 18
- Aged under 25 who are on Income Support or Job Seekers Allowance (Income Based)
- Aged under 25 who are in the assessment phase (first 13 weeks) of ESA (income related)
- A prisoner
- A student (but in HB only, and only if the claimant and any partner are under 65, there is a deduction in the summer vacation if they take up remunerative work)
- Has been in hospital for 52 weeks or more
