If you dont have an iPad then you buy the 3.
If you already have the iPad2 it probably isnt worth paying for an upgrade unless you want it as an additional one.
The 3 (or more accurately the "new") is a little faster but has a much better screen/ resolution.
The rumour mill is always going with Apple but there does seem to be some fairly strong rumours that a smaller 7" iPad will come out in the coming couple of months and so if finances are tight you may want to wait for it.0 -
I've got an iPad 3 and the screen alone is worth the extra £70.0
