Advice for an amateur

Have a balance of £3,900 on Tesco CC due to finish 16th Sept. I have offers of BT to
MBNA 0% until 20/8/2013 @3.5% charge
Barclaycard 0% until 13/5/2013 @ 2.9% charge

Any advice which to go for?

Go quick (before 9th August) for barclaycard 22 months 0% with 1.45% fee.

Thanks for the link but I already have a Barclaycard, so not applying for one.

Fluid card 15 months 0% for 1.5% fee could still be a better option than the two you mentioned.
