What to do about a refund Red Letter Days

Hey all,
So...
I was bought a Red Letter Days voucher for a driving experience for Christmas and it's still in date, woohoo!
However, they're fully booked on the activity! Obviously their T&Cs state refunds are only available for the first 14 days.
In this case do you think I'm entitled to a refund? They're unable to offer the product that was paid for.
